A little background: We developed and ultimately launched Premium Living in 2020 during the peak of Covid, while simultaneously maintaining our other publication (Money Saver Magazine/founded in 2013) in the St. Louis Metro East area.  We started Premium Living with a mailed circulation of 100,000 addresses.  That number has doubled to approximately 200,000 of the best addresses in the Nashville region.  We mail 10X per year.
